The Old Depot was named after the first building in our venue, which was originally first train depot in Fayette County, Texas.  Built in 1868 by Southern Pacific Railroad, this Historic train depot served as the first connection of La Grange to other Texas towns, and eventually the rest of America.   This beautiful example of early American architecture was restored and moved to Round Top in 1996, and it now houses the main offices and showrooms of Old Depot Antiques & Collectibles.

Another historic building in our venue is the dancehall.  Originally named the Wesley dancehall, it was located right on county line between the Washington and Austin counties.   Over a hundred years ago, patrons dancing at this hall literally "danced across Texas".   This lovely old building was restored and moved to Round Top in 1997, and it now houses the fine antiques during our bi-annual shows.
